Fritz Langreiter, a passionate chef, is the "composer" of the Silent Night praline - the basic product offered by Stille Nacht Manufaktur. All other Stille Nacht Manufaktur delicacies were also created by him and bear his signature.

As he changed his career direction, he unfortunately decided to leave the Stille Nacht Manufaktur.
